AHCCS represents the combined efforts of highly dedicated and skilled professionals. We are a team of experts that have worked relentlessly towards obtaining good understanding in the health care system and its policies.

Affectionate Home Care & Community Services, Inc. primary function is to assure delivery of appropriate patient care, while helping control health care cost for insurers, employers and payers without jeopardizing the quality of care of our patients. The patient’s welfare is addressed under a strict physician plan treatment. A full range of disciplines to include registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and social workers which compliments treatment plan.
The Texas Department of Health Services (TDHS) licensed our agency in 2004 and as a Home Health provider and Community Support Service agency we are ready to supply any of your home health needs. We stand ready for an opportunity to impact your quality of life of your loved ones.
