All Services provided by Affectionate Home Care & Community Services, Inc. are provided under the supervision of a physician. We have a complete staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Home health Aides.

Skilled nursing services will be provide by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurses under the supervision of a Registered nurse and in accordance with a medically approved Plan of Care (physician’s orders).

Home Health Aide Services will be provided to appropriate patients on an intermittent, part-time, or fulltime basis, under the direct supervision of an agency Registered nurse or Therapist in accordance with a medically approved Plan of Care (physician’s orders).
